There is an approved plan that will contain a convenience store and a laundromat instead of the current store space and the garage. Tanks are Single Wall FG. Also, in the future, 2MPDs can be added after the renovation, and when the time comes to replace the tanks. The station is running absentee, but has a lot of potential, specifically for c-stores/deli. The area is in desperate need of such an operation.
